At Hypeova, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy below to understand our shipping times, costs, and other important details.
1. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
2. Shipping Times & Delivery
Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout:

- Shipping times do not include processing time.
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs delays, local holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or customs processing.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Please allow 48-72 hours for tracking updates to appear.
5. Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
- If the package is lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we are not liable for refunds or replacements.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
- If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office.
- Hypeova is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier to file a claim.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country’s regulations.
- Hypeova is not responsible for these additional fees, and they must be paid by the customer.
8. Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
- Once an order is processed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
